Bowes & Gilmonby Parish Hall is a member of North Pennines Highlights.
North Pennines Highlights is the regional Rural Touring Scheme which helps to promote arts performances and events in rural venues in villages throughout the North Pennines.
There are 2 seasonal programmes per year
